DELIVERY

What are the delivery times?

Your orders are prepared by our logistics teams within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery then takes 4 to 7 business days.

A shipping confirmation email is sent to you as soon as your order is picked up by the carrier.

France (Colissimo): delivery within 5 to 9 business days.

What delivery methods do you offer?

We mainly ship with Colissimo and UPS. A tracking number is provided to you upon shipment.

I made a mistake with the address or product when placing my order.

Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order: as long as the order has not been shipped, we can correct the address or modify the content. Once shipped, a re-shipment may be necessary.

How can I track my delivery?

You will automatically receive a tracking email with the tracking link upon shipment. Depending on the carrier, updates may also be sent via SMS.

Can I have items delivered abroad or to French overseas departments and territories?

Yes, we deliver to the French overseas departments and territories. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on location and potential customs checks.

What is the status of my order?

Our teams prepare your order within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will then receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.

If you have not received an email after 72 hours, please contact us at contact@my-visions.fr with your order number.

How can I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not been shipped, we can cancel or modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Once shipped, you can exercise your right of withdrawal upon receipt of the package.

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal.

Why can't I use my promo code?

Check that your code has not expired, that it meets the minimum required amount and that it is compatible with the products in your cart.
