1. Delivery Zones
We ship our products worldwide to most countries across the globe. However, due to geographical, legal, or logistical restrictions, some countries may be excluded from our delivery area. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your country, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your geographical location and the product ordered.

These delivery times are provided as an estimate and may vary depending on customs processing, the carrier, or other factors beyond our control. Weekends and public holidays may also extend delivery times.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it is processed within 1 to 2 business days before being shipped. During peak periods (holidays, sales), this processing time may be slightly extended.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and weight of the parcel. They are clearly indicated before order confirmation and may vary depending on the country and the chosen shipping method.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders when the following condition is met:

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and carrier information. You can track the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier’s website using the tracking link provided.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.
5. Taxes and Customs Duties
For countries with specific customs regulations, we recommend checking with your local customs authority to know the applicable fees before placing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for any additional customs fees.
6. Delivery Issues
Delivery Delay
If you experience a significant delivery delay (beyond the estimated timeframe), please contact our customer service at contact@mymemories-book.com. We will investigate the situation with the carrier and keep you informed.
Parcel Not Received
If you have not received your parcel within 15 business days after shipment, please contact us at contact@mymemories-book.com. After verification with the carrier, we will take the necessary steps (resending the product or issuing a refund depending on the circumstances).
Incorrect Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. In case of an incorrect address, My Memories cannot be held responsible for delivery failure or delays.
If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Damaged Parcel
If you receive a damaged parcel, we recommend refusing it upon delivery and contacting us immediately.
If you accept the damaged parcel, please send us photos of the parcel and the damaged item within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by replacing the product or issuing a refund.
7. Multiple Delivery Addresses
We do not offer delivery to multiple addresses within the same order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you must place separate orders for each destination.
8. Order Modification or Cancellation
Changes to the delivery address or order cancellations are only possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, it will no longer be possible to modify the address or cancel the order.

9. Returns and Refunds in Case of Delivery Issues
If a delivery problem occurs and the responsibility lies with My Memories or the carrier (lost parcel or non-delivery after investigation), we will offer you:
