Refund policy

Every order includes a lifetime money-back guarantee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and unused.

We do not accept parcels returned to a pickup/drop-off point, even if it is close to this address.

To return your item and receive a refund, please contact us by email and send us the tracking number of the returned parcel.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received the returned item.

We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original method of payment will be automatically credited within a few days.

In the case of late or missing refunds:
If you have not yet received your refund, please note that after we process it on our end, it may take 1 to 2 days for the money to appear in your account. If this delay has passed, contact us by email so we can verify that the refund has been correctly issued.

For replacement requests, we only replace items that were originally defective or damaged. If your item is defective, please send us an email with a picture or video of the issue as proof, and we will send you a replacement free of charge.
You do not need to return the item in this case.
