2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTC”) define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by MyShower to the Client via the website https://mymemories-book.com

Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC by the Client.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are those described and presented on the website mymemories-book.com, subject to available stock.
MyShower strives to provide accurate and detailed information but cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the product descriptions.

4. Prices

Product prices are indicated all taxes included (TTC).
Standard delivery fees are included unless stated otherwise.
MyShower reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.

5. Orders

Orders are placed exclusively on https://mymemories-book.com
Any order implies acceptance of these GTC.
An order confirmation email is sent to the Client at the address provided.
MyShower reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of non-payment, suspected fraud, or previous disputes.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (when available)

Payments are secured through certified service providers. No banking data is stored by My Memories.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Client during checkout.
Average delivery times: 5 to 9 business days.
MyShower cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external circumstances (strikes, customs, etc.).

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Client has 30 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification.
The Client must notify their decision by email at: contact@mymemories-book.com
The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client, except in cases of error attributable to MyShower.

9. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

10. Warranties

Products benefit from the legal warranties under French law:

  • Legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code)

  • Warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code)

11. Liability

My Memories cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
My Memories’ liability is limited to the amount of the order.

12. Personal Data Protection

Personal data collected is required for order processing and customer relations.
Data is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the website mymemories-book.com (texts, images, graphics, logos, etc.) is the exclusive property of My Memories.

14. Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTC are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the Client is encouraged to contact customer service for an amicable resolution.
Failing an agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Marseille, France.
